How to cook the perfect SQUIG®
I’m tastiest pan fried, but however I’m cooked, get me piping hot through and you’ll be instantly hooked!
Pan Fry me from chilled – Recommended!
Preheat a non-stick pan over a medium heat (no oil needed). Remove all packaging and cook on one side for 4 minutes, followed by 3 minutes on the other side.
Grill me from chilled
Preheat grill to medium. Remove all packaging and grill on one side for 8 minutes, followed by 6 minutes on the other side.
Or do it your own way!
You can grill squigs too - barbecue them - or use them in a recipe.
Remember SQUIGS are as versatile as your standard sausage - but are much easier and quicker to cook and don't have the chewy skin!
